MeWater

Group of children in wetsuits posing on the beach under a clear sky.

Since  2015, we at MeWater have witnessed how the ocean and Mother Nature can  educate, inspire, and empower historically marginalized youth.

We work to address the traumas and stressors young  people from backgrounds of poverty and violence experience in the San  Francisco Bay Area. We provide these children and young adults with a  different way of relating to the world and the communities they live in.

MeWater partners with over 25 Bay Area organizations, including:

  • Bayview YMCA
  • City of Dreams
  • City Surf Project
  • Edgewood Center for Children and Families
  • Hunter's Point Family Community Center
  • Project Avary
  • Boys and Girls Clubs
  • Hope SF
  • Friends of The Children
  • Huckleberry Youth Programs
  • SF CASA
  • San Mateo CASA

Everything we provide is free, and we have now served  over 7,000 children and young adults from Marin to Santa Barbara.

MeWater is a 501(c)3 organization, and donations, which are tax-deductible, are always appreciated.
